Dear Precious Partner,
Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. ( John 14:6), but everything else around us changes. These past couple of years have been the most difficult years that we have ever experienced in 25 years. For two years I have not been able to travel anywhere around the world to preach and minister. Usually I would travel about 100 plus days to over 12 to 15 countries. The Lord kept His Hand on us and led us in tremendous ways. Although we suffered a significant reduction in our funds, we were still able to continue our support to the orphans, lepers, widows, pastors and various other projects.
I have received many heart wrenching and sad news from families across the globe. However, let me tell you the good things that happened this year. We took an additional 20 pastors and 100 plus widows to support. We also built 9 new churches and dedicated them. Over 500 people were baptized throughout our mission even in this pandemic. The churches have learned to cope with the pandemic by conducting multiple services, and using Zoom and Youtube. Pastors will sometimes conduct communion services in their houses for 2 or 3 families at a time. The ministry never stopped. Prayers never stopped. Worship never stopped. Jesus never stopped working.
The year is coming to an end. 2021 will be history in just about a week. Without detailing every catastrophe, in summary, India has seen a great loss of lives this year due to the diseases, floods and shortages of water, food and medicines. Our beneficiaries have suffered a great loss. May I ask you if you feel so inclined to please send us the best donation possible for this Christmas and year end gift? This year we have suffered a 35% loss of support in our fund raising efforts compared to last year. Currently, we represent about 550 beneficiaries in our mission which includes, children, lepers, pastors, staff and poor families.
