Kuwait is a country in Western Asia. It is located in the northern edge of Eastern Arabia at the tip of the Persian Gulf.
Kuwait has a total population of 4.5 million people out of which 513,000 are Christians. The most persecuted Christians are those from Muslim backgrounds. Not only they face pressure from their families and communities to return to Islam, but they also risk harassment, discrimination, intimidation and on top of that, their activities are monitored by the police.
Access to Bibles is severely restricted but this does not stop people to read the word of God. “The Word of God is eaten here. People are so hungry for the Word that it just finds its ways to them” – Judah.
Let’s pray for the protection of our brothers and sisters in Kuwait!
