The 2015 Church of God Romanian Territory Pastors Conference was held on November 13-15 at the Bethel Romanian Church of God in Gallatin, Tennessee.

The Time is Now was the theme for the conference, based on the scripture, Ephesians 5:16 exhorting us to redeem the times because of the evil days.
The singers and musicians of the Bethel Church ministered in each service and lead in worship beautifully.
Pastors and wives attended the conference from across the United States and even some attended from Romania and Canada. Speaking in the Friday evening service was Pastor Lazar Gog, pastor of Emanuel Church of God in Anaheim, CA and Dr. Tim Hill, Church of God Director of World Missions. They focused on the service theme, Time to Go into the Harvest.

Pastor Bobby Moise of the Good Samaritan Church in Riverside, CA, was also welcomed into the Church of God ministerial family and presented his COG ministerial credentials.

On Saturday morning, seminar sessions were held on the subjects of stewardship with Leo Sabo and legal issues with legal counsel Dennis Watkins.

The pastors’ wives enjoyed a session prepared just for them, with special guests Rita Ryerson and Anna Phillips of the Zion Project ministry.

The Lee Singers choir, of Lee University, were featured on Saturday night, followed by a message on the topic, Time to Wake Up, by Pastor Michael Knight, Covenant Community Church in Madisonville, KY.

During the service, recognition was also given to churches who supported through their giving the YWEA missions program for 2015, with an emphasis on Israel, helping Eugene Mitrea and his ministry. Churches in the RTO raised over $14,500.00 on this project. In the coming year, the YWEA emphasis will be missions in the Philippines to assist two orphanages, the Church of God Bible School, and ministry affected by the typhoon in 2014.

Sunday services of the conference included ministry by Dr. Ioan Brie, Rector of ITP Bucharest, Florin Cimpean, pastor of Philadelphia Church in Chicago and Dr. Lamar Vest, President of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary.

Pastor Ioan Szazz was welcomed into the Church of God family as an Ordained Bishop and Pastor Constantin Lupancu was ordained as a Church of God Ordained Bishop.
The Bethel Romanian Church of God, along with Pastor John Tipei and his wife Rodica, are to be commended for their excellent hospitality. The meals were incredible and the setting was absolutely beautiful for each meal function. The pastors and wives felt very special and honored by all the teamwork of the members and pastors of the Bethel church.

The 7,000 plus members of the Church of God Romanian Territory continue moving forward together! The closing service included a challenge by Administrative Bishop Dr. Tony Lane for the pastors to throw out a big net, going where the Lord directs, and expect a great harvest of souls for the kingdom. Now is our time!
